First blocks completed on site
An update of the first completed blocks at York Gardens

The first buildings provided as part of the regeneration are now nearing completion and this is a collection of pictures of the new buildings.
Mitchell House
A new Council owned block for existing estate secure council tenants and resident homeowners from Scholey House, Kiloh Court and Jackson House. There are 46 flats in the building (25 one bed units, 21 two bed units).
There are 6 wheelchair units and 4 other units converted to level access showers.
All units have been designed with long term adaptability in mind including level access shower trays fitted beneath baths to permit easier conversion.
Block B
A new Battersea Baptist Church and a new Thames Christian College school replacing the existing buildings for both on Pennethorne Square. The building is scheduled for completion late next year.
Duvall House
93 new private for sale flats in a 20 storey tower.
